About Huron River
The Huron River in Ohio's Erie County drains 397 square miles into Lake Erie at the village of Huron, smaller and slightly less famous than its Cuyahoga and Grand neighbors but a legitimate steelhead destination in the lower reaches. Public access at Berlin Heights and the Bogart Road bridge is workable; the lower mile through the village is the best-known fishery. Holds fish later into spring than the OH neighbors.
