Matt Ippoliti’s Steelhead Jones is a seasonal fly-fishing guide service. Its Great Lakes program includes Lake Erie steelhead and lake-run brown trout, alongside trout fishing in other regions as the year progresses. The business describes all trips as fly fishing with barbless hooks and catch-and-release practices, emphasizing adaptation, stewardship and respect for the fishing experience.
