Scientific Anglers Mastery Saltwater Taper Fly Line, WF7F
Features
- + Compound taper turns over big flies
- + Designed for use in temperate and tropical climates
- + Two tone for better visibility
- + Variable head lengths for distance casting and quick shots to passing fish
- + Small diameter to deal with windy conditions
The Scientific Anglers Mastery Saltwater Taper in WF7F is a versatile fly line built to handle the demands of big-water Great Lakes fishing, delivering the power needed to turn over heavy streamers, articulated flies, and egg patterns in strong current. Its small diameter cuts through wind effectively — a must for open Lake Michigan or Lake Erie tributaries — while the two-tone coloring helps anglers track line position during long swings or quick presentations to rolling steelhead. The variable head length accommodates both the measured casts of pool fishing and rapid delivery when fish show unexpectedly close.
