RIO Products Premier Gold Max Fly Fishing Line - Maximum Power and Effortless Performance - Smooth Casting Fly Line

Features

• + At a full line-size heavy, GOLD MAX is RIO’s most powerful all-around taper for delivering plus-size rigs that get bites in fisheries not centered around long leaders and tiny drys.
• + With the shortest head length in the GOLD class, MAX is purpose-built for smoothly loading weightier, unwieldy payloads.
• + The short head carries more weight toward the back of the body so anglers can turn over heavier rigs more efficiently, while the shorter front taper combined with tapered body roll-casts bulkier rigs with ease, mends effortlessly at distance and delivers large drys with finesse.
• + For powerful versatility, GOLD MAX empowers anglers to cast more weight under control, while also allowing for presentations decidedly cleaner than overly front-loaded line configurations.
• + We have a fantastic selection of the highest quality freshwater fly lines, designed to optimize your time on the water. All of our freshwater fly lines are designed to excel at required casting and fishing needs and feature cutting-edge technology for maximum versatility and performance. Make the cast of your dreams with RIO's freshwater fly lines.

The RIO Premier Gold Max delivers maximum power for Great Lakes steelhead anglers throwing heavy streamers, large nymphing rigs, and bulky indicator setups. Its short head design and full-line-size-heavy rating excels at turning over weighted flies and split-shot rigs in swift Lake Erie and Lake Michigan tributaries. Perfect for swinging large patterns or roll-casting heavy nymph rigs in tight quarters where steelhead hold.
